This never quite saw so much of it’s use from me, however, I was convinced I’d give it a try during a GPU drop that was EXCLUSIVE to totaltech members. I believe if your niche is buying computer parts often, or you’re really into tech, I would look into it. I think the assurance with geek squad having your back with any of the hardware or anything is a massive deal on anything you might want that might express reliability concern down the future line. It’s a hefty price to pay up front, and if you find it isn’t your thing, they’ll refund you for it. I think the benefits are something else, and I think this just secures the idea that I can buy most, if not all of my tech from Best Buy.

This membership is pretty use full has saved me hundreds of dollars on products. And the protection plan give me the piece of mind when it comes have something if the product does work or breaks.

Not likely that I will use it. I just wanted my lap top cleared.

Very good value! My PC died just before finals week while I was at college. Took it to best buy, the found that the motherboard was faulty, I paid for a new board and they installed it. Got my PC back 3 days later: just in time for finals and to finish my projects. It was my last semester, and this definitely made a PC death feel much less stressful. I tell my friends who aren't very tech savvy to consider it, it has great value.

I will always be grateful that Mason suggested the membership to us. It's a real life saver. I further recommend you purchase the annual membership. You cant go wrong.

I do think having this membership is nice when you’re going to buy stuff and get special pricing. It also came in handy on a Dyson V 11 vacuum that I Purchased back in August 2023 and one of the sensors went out January 1924. I took the vacuum in to Best Buy and instead of having to deal with Dyson directly Best Buy actually just replaced it for me free of charge. Save me the headache of having to go through Dyson directly. I’ve also had to Use it for some work on an iPhone that I have.

I am disappointed with this membership. I have been a member for several years and it seems the "benefits" keep being cut every year. You could get a lot more out of this membership when it first started vs. now, so it is sad to see what it is today. It can be useful still, IF you are making several purchases from Best Buy, but it is not as useful as it used to be.

I've had this for a short time, but so far it seems pretty cool.
