As a Best buy total membership subscriber it gives you a peace of mind Yes the once a year renewal is a little spendy but at the end of the day it gives you a piece of mind that you got protection cover on any items that you buy for Best buy without have to purchase a separate geek squad extend the warranty I totally recommend purchasing it especially if you buy from Best buy!!

I have had My Best Buy Total since its inception many years ago. It is the best insurance value I have ever had. On-line Geek assistance is great, I use at least two or three times per year; have received excellent Geek assistance in person at the store and have been pleased it assures coverage for more than my own unit within my household. I have recommended it to friends and they have had the same satisfaction. Knowing you have the Geeks assistance has made me much more productive and knowledgeable.

Crazy value since I’m always repairing my pc. The fact that geek squad repairs are free is astonishing it helps save so much money!

I like being able to get the geek squad when things are going wrong to be able to help solve it so far I have nothing but good good

They did a really great job troubleshooting my problem. Quickly! I have experience with another company. Pricey but not as good.

I decided to renew my membership because I like the member prices and the fantastic Geek Squad support. The protection plans are great, too. I would recommend it to anyone looking to protect their products.

OVerall, it seems like the current Best Buy Total does not give the same package when I first joined. I used to get webroot free, now I have to pay $20. It is quite difficult to contact the store to have a consult with a rep. I don't use the helpline often, but when I do, there is usually a language barrier that slows down solution of the problem. Difficult to get a tech agent to come to house.

I really forgot to get this membership and never had any problems for almost 5 years until I git a virus and got to the store when it opened and they were able to help me right away. This is truly a great membership to have and a great value

The membership is a great value. Member prices and unlimited Geek squad support are great. I think the piece of mind getting protection plans are great.

Was just gonna pay for a repair then was convinced into buying the membership totally paid off. Went to fix my computer multiple times right after.

Great value for the peace of mind I receive from knowing computer issues can be addressed and I don't need to apply for a loan to have it repaired.

I feel like it is a required membership because we own a laptop that we purchased from best buy, however I feel like its to expensive for just the 1 item. I have a college student and wasnt offered software at student discount and cant change so its very expensive but necessary

So far this has had great value. There has been no charge for transferring from one computer to our new one. It is a great service and always busy.

5 stars if it was cheaper because I feel as though I was not getting much out of it. I saved a total of $100 but only because I went to Best Buy more because of my membership. The 24/7 tech support was nice.

AppleCare is free with best buy membership. This is the reason I have the best buy membership is for all my apple products. I use apple care for help and replacement of items with issues.

This membership is great. I just bought it on Halloween, and already have received credit for price matching!! It’s comforting to know that I can have access to the Geek Squad if I need them.

This card is very flexible and offers lots of savings. The Geek Squad are my technology friends. They are always there to help when needed. Great card that gives you piece of mind.

If you buy a lot of electronics and make sure to get them form Best Buy, the membership is invaluable. I’ve definitely been a fan.
