||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Soooo, I’m mixed about this… For someone very techie who uses mostly Apple computers, this service is no help, as Best Buy won’t touch your Mac in stores near me, they send it off every time. For PC users I think this is great, and for people who need a lot of support I think this can be great.
