This is a must have if you have little kids playing with your Xbox, controllers, or headsets. Item broke due to kids and BestBuy replaced it no questions asked. Will be keeping this service.

I have been buying all my tech needs from BB for years. I always make sure I get this program. It gives me confidence if anything goes awry it will be fixed to my satisfaction. I so trust BB and have confidence the programs they offer are well worth the cost. I am 78 not really tech friendly and when I call with a problem, they graciously give me options for a fix that works well for me.

This membership is amazing if you have a pc. Having the geek squad available to you anytime to diagnose your pc issues is very helpful. Plus this discounts are great!

you can't go wrong when you have Totaltech support who got your back when unexpected happens especially on the very most valuable things you purchase. Years ago I purchased a MacBook computer and months after I purchased something happened that I didn't expect to happen. When I closed my laptop I didn't see that a pen was inside and when I closed it the screen cracked/damaged. Then when I brought the unit to Bestbuy Center and after the agent process the repair order I asked how much would cost, thank goodness he said nothing $0 charge. I highly recommend buying Totaltech support on the product that is much costly to repair.

We will use this membership all year to buy other things we need for our "office".

We have had this protection for several years. We’ve had to use it at least 2 times a year so it has paid for itself for us. The only bad thing is that the price keeps going up.

The best But group is very helpful. I purchase smart home devices from BB & they came & help me set them up. I’ve purchased a refrig & dish washer from BB & they came & installed them. They are helpful when I call with an issue

Must have for all purchases.. save yourself a headache and protect your wallet… All items come with 2 yr warranty and 60 day return.. i just wish they brought free installations back. Main reason why i got it. Keeping for added warranty.. If in the future they take that out then its not worth anything.
