I bought this membership for its incredible deal on discounted Apple Care and Microsoft Office. I was also Apple to get $50 off my Macbook. However, since then, I have noticed that Best Buy members usually only get discounts on older products. It would be nice if people could get a few dollars off the newest things, ex. newest Airpods. Overall, the Membership is best for saving on a big purchase that needs AppleCare.

I used to use a tech support service out of the Philippines. While they were always pleasant and solved many problems for me, they were sometimes hard to understand and, of course, had no in-person service. With Total Tech I have the option to bring an item into the store for service, which I have already done. In addition, I often get a U.S. based tech on the phone. Super easy to understand. Plus l like the extended warranty on products you buy there. They will even service appliances that I didn't buy at Best Buy.

Believe me, $200 a year is Piece of Mind! They'll deliver, set up and even mount your TV with this membership as long as your membership is active. You can schedule in home consultation and visits without dealing with the manufacturer. BELIEVE ME. YOU DONT WANT TO DEAL WITH SAMSUNG DIRECTLY. THEY"LL SELL YOU STUFF YOU DON"T WANT AND GIVE YOU BAD SERVICE AND DEFECTIVE ITEMS! Go with Best Buy Total Tech, especially if you have a Best Buy store near you like me!
