I actually didnt purchase this membership it was applied by the associate who rung me up, check your receipts because these associates are very sneaky when you are buying high ticket items. I was not happy about this. We got to do better

Not sure about this extra money spending, I did only because transfer from old phone is more expansive and with this support is included. My friend told me Apple is doing this for free. I just do not have time for choice at this time ;(

I have used it once only, and it’s extremely easy. Broken? Ok, let me replace it. Here it is, bye !

the tech showed up on time. was very informative on the use of tv and very courtious and did not rush the installation.

Membership is a great value. I needed to have a tech come to my home and it would be $99, so my membership was almost cut in half.

This membership continually helps me. Expensive a little to start - but removing the need for me to buy protection on everything is a big plus.

The membership is a terrific value. I was able to save on the installation of multiple devices and it paid for itself.

Got this one it was a better plan. Was hesitant but so far I’ve got at least triple the price I paid in value. Great add-on for any type of occasion

I had this coverage when I got my computer in 2016 but now it is an updated one. It is great! Very helpful! I wouldn't want to be without it!

I only got this membership to try and get a PS5 and it worked and it was so worth it. I’m looking forward to keeping this membership moving forward

Just purchased this 2 days ago, I hope it is worth it. I should have become a member a few months ago and saved myself some money.

Membership value is really good just try totally worth it I suggest getting it for yourself.

Total tech offers very limited support. They outsource their tech support overseas. My experience 1. Hold time in excess of 1 hour. 2. Transferred 4 times on the first call before being given another number to call. Then transferred 2 more times. 3. Never resolved the issue with the TV not connecting to my Chrome Cast. 4. Very difficult to understand the support tech due to a very heavy accent and a lot of background noise. For me it was more a source of frustration as the issue was never resolved.

Unless you are expecting to have a lot of items installed in your home the Total Tech membership is not worth your time. I bought it and 4 months later I had an issue with a shelf shattering in my new LG fridge. Best Buy said the Fride was no longer under warranty... Totalteach is suppose to give you up to two years extended warranty... mine didnt last 4 months. (I had only had the Frige 2 months (took 2 months to get a fully funtioning unit in my home. Then when I cancelled the service. I only for $34 back of my $200. I had 8 months left on the service.

Totaltech truly "totally" protects all my electronics- including some purchased elsewhere. Bought iPad recently and got AppleCare free.

So far is a very good membership. I’ve already got a discount from it , and when I use it , The Tech has been very knowledgeable..

We purchase different products from Best Buy, and often enough to enjoy the great benefits it offers. I recommend it.

Purchased as a good value for upcoming purchases coverage, worth buying if you can get multiple uses out of the it.
