i'm giving this a middle rating i purchased bambu a1 3D printer and it did not work right out of the box the 2nd 3D printer quit working about 16 days later and since it was outside the 14 exchange window the only way best buy would help me out was by forcing me to buy the total best buy membership i am on my 3rd 3D printer in less than a month

I bought this membership to get my computer repaired. When I got the computer back, some word files were incomplete, I had to redo an excel spreadsheet, the newspapers I read didn't know who I was, some photos and a video were missing. These are supposed to be in the cloud, but I haven't found them. I had previously back up to a thumb drive so I still have the missing files. Overall, not an ideal experience.

I depend on the Geek Squad. I do not need them often but they are always there when I do. It gives me a peace of mind

If you need constant support service both with warranty and device knowledge, this this the membership for you. Warranties on most purchases and device support through geek squad is a godsend!

I recommend if you have a lot electronics or even at least 3. You purchased this membership. It is well worth the money and I wish I would have gotten it sooner. I will keep this membership year after year to come.
