My Best Buy Total Membership is a great value for the year. The Geek Squad literally saved my life as my cellphone had been stolen just 4 months after my husband passed away. My life was in that phone. I could not log into Google because I had 2 step-verification for safety. They told me to bring in an old cellphone & they retrieved all my data from a cloud. Precious photos, voicemails, videos, etc.

This membership is great, I don’t have to worry if my new laptop breaks which takes a lot of stress off my shoulders

This plan used to be great and included free installation of products purchased. The price has gone up and I have only kept it because I have been purchasing larger electronics or appliances and the added warranty is welcomed. When seeking repairs under warranty there are added fees.

Overall, the Membership is a real money-saver. If you bring in what needs to be checked out, it covers just about anything. If you need an in-home expert, it's cheaper if you have a membership. One drawback with BestBuy: They have zero phones in the store. You can't contact a salesperson to ask about availability, and you can't contact the Geek Squad. You MUST go to a store in-person. Not my idea of customer service.

With all my Best Buy purchases, I’ve had 2 or 5 years of my Best Buy total membership, i never used it because i never had any issues with my purchases before. However it worth adding to membership just in case of a problem

Wonderful people and experiences with this membership I go in with questions and have had them fix an issue on my pc and they did extra and re wired parts and made it look neat

Rhe membership is okay i guess but its pretty pricy.
