Rhe membership is okay i guess but its pretty pricy.

I needed some GS work and with the upgrade i cut my oroce of service down 30%+ and still have all the benefits of Plus and more.

I really only have used this when buying an open box item from Best Buy. The extra return day window is useful to ensure your items work as you expect especially with them being open box. I dont have a need for much tech otherwise. I assume it would work better for someone that does!

I first got the membership about 3 years ago when I upgraded my TV. The benefits of having service plans included is great! Those plans can run anywhere from a few dollars to a few hundred and since Best Buy matches prices I typically try to buy all of my electronics from them.

The Geek Squad people that come out to our house to work on problems here have been very knowledgeable and effective. The telephone support lines have been absolutely miserable, unknowledgeable, and have actually lied to me. This week when I took my computer into the store, the person who took my order apparently did not communicate any of the issues that we are supposed to be accomplishing to the people that would be actually working on the computer and it almost cost me all of my data. That would have been disastrous and I explained that to the person that did the intake on the computer. I have recommended Total Tech to a lot of people but I'm now reconsidering my opinion because of the phone line support issues and also this bad experience in the store. I would very much appreciate a call from someone to discuss all of this and to understand if there are plans in the works to rectify any of these situations.

The Best Buy Total membership has renewed my appreciation for Best Buy and their great deals. Having amazing price match abilities, included protection on products as well as included apple care for apple devices, it is an amazing deal for the features that are applicable to me alone.

It's pricey, sure, but the benefits far outweigh its cost if you shop at Best Buy often. Best Buy is my go-to place for most of my consumer electronics. This last year, Ive already saved more than the cost of Best Buy Total with the membership discounts and free protection plans. The 60 day return policy absolutely helped out this last holiday season too. There have been a few regrettable purchases but having the extended return policy helped out quite a bit with this.

You get free shipping for every BestBuy item.incase you have issues with your item they can fix it for free isn’t that awesome

I am glad I had this membership card as it has afforded me advantages to the installation of my laptop, free delivery of my TV, and other benefits.

I never had to use it, but I'm glad that it's available. I figure if something is going to break down and not my fault, it's going to happen within the first year.

The staff at Manahawkin NJ always goes out of there way with all our purchases, from tv, computers, appliances/ video products for our home and our business! The Total Membership Plan , is a great investment, for repairs and trading up product! A GREAT VALUE !!

Honestly, the main reason we shop at BB. Total has saved us many times. Not to use the old saying, but they just don't make things like they used to. We have had several high cost items fail, mostly in the vacuum and floor cleaning department and BB just swaps it for a new one and then they take care of the RMA process. We have been members for several years and sometimes we even pass up other deals or offers at other stores just because we want to buy it at BB so it will be covered under our Total policy.

Is of great value. Do not way I did not get it earlier

I am computer challenged but my husband ‘clicks’ on everything and ends up with multiple problems. We are so grateful for the patience they give us ‘older’ people. I don’t know what we’d do without them. They are so great about helping without judgement.

Line wish could have more deals with it hopefully if need warranty it does do as we was told it would do only problem price is little high
