Line wish could have more deals with it hopefully if need warranty it does do as we was told it would do only problem price is little high

Got a PC so decided to go with the total tech. used to work at a best buy and would recommend for anyone with a pc or any doing work on a laptop from home

I have been happy with this plan. It has basically paid for itself since I have had several appliances installed and a microwave repaired. I recommend this if you plan to purchase several appliances. I have not used the computer tech support.

My computer was out of warranty and behaving erratically. When I went to Best Buy to get it looked at they told me about totaltech's features which actually has helped save me money in the long run. Now I can bring in my other computer if need be, and get service for my other electronics without worrying about paying excessive diagnostic fees. Add that the team at my Best Buy's location are incredibly personable, super helpful and very nice and what more can one ask for? They went above and beyond to help me and by introducing me to this service, they made what would have been an agonizing issue less so.

Good to have for all My purchases. Very unhappy with being charged shipping when it’s included with my plan and can’t reach anyone to dispute this. No way to reach the store or anyone

I have kept a membership with Best Buy for years and have used the service in multiple states. I have never had a problem with any service that was not dealt with to my satisfaction. If you even had three tvs which need to be mounted and/or have an extended warranty- the membership will have already paid for itself in savings. Not only is the service great but you also get extended return time on your items. As busy as we all are, sometimes it takes longer than 2 weeks to make it back to a store.

Renewed the membership again because I feel secure in knowing my laptop is protected and I can receive help whenever I need assistance.

The day after I bought the Geek Squad plan so they could install my Microsoft 365 office and transfer data from my old hard drive to my new one, my laptop got a huge virus. I was able to bring in my laptop and get the virus removed for free. I was so grateful! Otherwise, this would have been another $100.

It was suggested by a member of Geek to purchase so that the work to put my lap top to open files faster would not cost me anything other than the purchase of the card $ 179. However the Geek squad could not solve the problem and the investment made was not good
