High interest rate but convenance has a price. Easy to use.

I cnacelled & then renewed my membership because it's very valuable. The reason for cancellation was the increased pricw, but also I had my first bad experience with the Geek Squad remotely. It took 3 different techs that took 6 hours to install my standard Adobe Acrobat. I am still getting an error message, but too busy to deal with it today. Will call when I have more time.It was the only time I have been disappointed with the services. Paula Farrell

I’ve had a membership for years and years and I will keep this Membership for many more to come. It has saved me so much money that it pays for itself. If you have to take your phone in and your computer, you have just saved yourself money or if you need to replace something. Or the warranty runs out.

The membership value comes in handy because I have a teenage son a daughter in college and my husband owns his own business and computers go down frequently so this saves us so much time to have to pay one time of year and all the computers that we have are under this excellent.

Not worth the buy. This membership only provides with limit amount of guarantee as the manufacturer covers the first year and this cover one as well but after the second year they want you to pay a monthly fee for each of the items under this guarantee. Not worth it.

Was coerced to get this membership since the regular take in price for diagnostics is barely lower than a year of the membership despite the fact my item was damaged on arrival.. Has many great perks I plan on using so kind of worth it for me st least.

What can I say about Geek Squad that is not already known they are a much worthy service and worth every penny for what is covered it is a no hassle type of coverage for whatever it is your purchase.. I would not walk out of the store without adding this to any of my products. Every year I religeously renew my total tech support agreement and take full advantage of the many benefits Best Buy offers. I'm at 7 years straight and counting ;-)
