have not really used it yet but feel protected by it

Not worth the buy. This membership only provides with limit amount of guarantee as the manufacturer covers the first year and this cover one as well but after the second year they want you to pay a monthly fee for each of the items under this guarantee. Not worth it.

Was coerced to get this membership since the regular take in price for diagnostics is barely lower than a year of the membership despite the fact my item was damaged on arrival.. Has many great perks I plan on using so kind of worth it for me st least.

What can I say about Geek Squad that is not already known they are a much worthy service and worth every penny for what is covered it is a no hassle type of coverage for whatever it is your purchase.. I would not walk out of the store without adding this to any of my products. Every year I religeously renew my total tech support agreement and take full advantage of the many benefits Best Buy offers. I'm at 7 years straight and counting ;-)

Membership is of great value. I especially like that we have access to the Geek Squad if anything ever happens to my laptop. It's worth it!!

I have always been a warranty type of gal for every tech I get but I usually get the regular geek squad warranty. One day this was offered to me and I was skeptical at buying it. I was nope. The price for that warranty was too much money and I don’t think I’ll use it as often as possible. I’m happy to say I’m glad I purchased it coz I’m seeing member savings everywhere, I’m seeing longer return/ exchange, I’m seeing the value of the warranty for my devices which I only have to purchase once and covers everything I buy! Even apple care! Ka-Ching!!!! Def a must have!

It is really nice to have help at your side always and at any time of day or night. They have helped with a few issues even HP the maker of my All-In-One could not help with. If the person you are chatting with can not help, they have the option to pass you up to another more experienced tech. This must help the wait time by filtering out easier issues because I haven't waited longer than 10 mins. However there have been a few techs that were less than diligent or attentive but no one's perfect.

It’s a great deal if you purchase a lot from Best Buy. Definitely worth the 1 x membership fee.
