It’s really nice to know that I have the geek squad support if needed! Also, some of the items that I have purchased are actually a little bit less than the posted price. It’s always nice to be able to get a little discount, especially in today’s economy.

OK, but we get less than we used to. It gives me a 2yr geek squad guarantee for each purchase, but I have not had a need to use that yet. In the old days, if one added install and haul away for larger items like TVs or appliances, the total membership covered those for no cost. Not anymore. Install a TV -- $$; haul away an old item $ per. The only perk that I have actually used is free 2 day shipping, and actually items have taken more time than that to show up at my door from time to time. Blame the shipping company? Blame the BB warehouse? Doesn't matter to me? If My item is supposed to arrive in 2 days, I expect it to arrive in 2 days, especially if I have to sign for it.

Communication between staff is not good. Told I needed a new battery, but I would have to supply it. Bought the battery, but when I brought it in they said they could not install it. Wasted $50.

This membership is great to have. I've used it several times and it really helped me with laptop and phone issues. The Geek Squad is awesome.

This membership is a fantastic value. If you're purchasing something over $1500, I recommend it. The support and service you get with it is worth it. Plus it adds "free" support for anything else you buy while its active.

I like having the membership.. I get my notifications on deals and sales.. which I like to use. I like having the protection on my costly major appliances.. and any other big ticket item.. I’ve been a member for many yrs and I like it
