Tech said to call AT&T which resulted in a 2-3 hr. torture session and still not working. Investment proved to be of no value at this point.

And when I did engage, it took endlessly long time to complete the conversation so I could get service to fix the poor installation.

I started getting notices after 10 months to renew it or lose coverage. I did cancel rather than renew it. The TV we purchased less than a year ago broke right after protection was canceled.
