Get 2 years of coverage on everything which is nice but have to continually renew the membership. Get benefit but realize it is a slippery slope for membership.

This is definitely worth the money. I was even able to call support and get help with my printer and Apple computer and I have had these 2 items for several years and they were not even purchased from Best Buy.

We've been holding off on this membership for a few years now. Should've made this move years ago. LOL! Completely worth the annual fee to protect your purchases and remove the frustrations of products failing.

For us that are technically challenged Totaltech is a true blessing. I find it a tremendous help that is reasonably priced. Technicians are extremely helpful & take time to explain things. Totaltech is A+ in my household!!!!

Membership price seems to be reasonable. I needed to use Geek Squad service several times recently in the Mission Valley store. They were exceptional- terrific and caring staff. They were a huge help with my issues. I can't imagine anyone better!

I got this again after having to purchase a $1200 laptop on sale for $850, no regrets. Always helpful, always willing to help me out with any technical issues I come across with my tech. It covers all your tech, even the tech you didn’t purchase there.

My first time having the membership and I’m already loving it, the guys who installed my washer and drying was amazing, very friendly fast and careful with everything. Looking forward to buy more stuff that I need and enjoy the benefits from my membership! Highly recommend it.

I love the total tech but I’m upset that it’s going to change when I renew my plan. I think we should be grandfathered in to the plan we purchased as long as we renew it. I may reconsider my renewal, I need to talk to someone more before I renew.

After fighting with my other laptop over the past few years it is well worth having someone else do the setup and I was able to get other things done while totaltech set up my new laptop. They transferred everything over from both of my other laptops and did it in a very timely manner.

I am so glad I was able to get this printer with a special discount, it is a great printer, i just wish the software to install was easier. Everything else works wonderful!

This membership is extremely worth it. For one, you get exclusive deals on a large variety of items. Two, being able to get free support and maintenance on ANY of your electronics is just the cherry on top. Geeks squad was extremely helpful in both knowledge and repairs

I can’t believe how much I’ve used Totaltech in such a short time. I used it once on the phone when we were have a scammer crisis and twice for my new computer, I needed help getting everything set up the right way for me. I also was able to use this great service on our old computer! Yea

Tt is made for best buy shoppers. You get an up to 2 year geek squad protection/apple care. I hot installs on all my tv’s and equipment for only $200. And on top of all that I also get a 60 day return policy/pricematch guarantee. Its worth the $200 and it keeps me coming back to best buy.

Love this total tech membership. Bad cause of this membership benefit I remodeled all of my kitchen appliances. Only refrigerator left that I plan to do soon. This is worth the money membership. I wish Best Buy continue to sell total tech program without any changes

This total Tech membership has given me wonderful results I can't say enough it is just wonderful and the staff each time that I have ever used it can't do enough I am so happy that I joined this and what it could have cost me without it could have been astronomical
