They failed in some way at every step in the process of purchasing a washer and dryer and installation. From no call, no showing the first appointment date to the install team telling me "we're only here to hook up hoses" and doing just that without making sure anything worked. They didn't even install the dryer vent, but made sure to take with them the right elbows from the kit I bought so the dryer vent could be installed. Shipping bolts are also missing, so who knows what else they took. I only gave 2 stars because 1 star reviews probably get automatically thrown out.

No wonder the Best Buy in Muncy PA went out of business. If their mouth was open they were telling lies to make a sale… The manager in the Geek Squad was the WORST~

Failure to track products

Wasnt aware of that or i never would have wasted my money on it
