The Geek squab support is amazing, the 20% off repairs should cover material especially because you're paying a yearly subscription up towards 200 dollars. The real value is the diegnostics and protection sofware they install on the computers with pop up blockers and vault for yours passwrods. This plan would be worth its weight in gold if they just added a VPN. Other than that, I enjoy My Best Buy Total Rewards.

Think it is probably good when you first buy the protection it covers your devices / purchase for 24 months

I never give into the protection plans but this one is definitely worth paying money for. Every time I go in and purchase something from Best Buy it’s covered under warranty and super easy to take care when needing a replacement. I save money when purchasing items I buy from the store anytime I go in or I get things tact on for free with the membership. I think it is an awesome membership worth investing in, everything you buy is an investment so invest in yourself too.

You never know the value of something until you need it. We don't usually get the extra warranties but we decided to get the totaltech support and I am so glad we did! Our Sony TV got about a 6 inch wide void in the panel from top to bottom. Called up sent over some photos, they sent someone out to verify the information and sent in some updates to Bestbuy then a couple of hours later I got an email confirming that my television would be replaced. Such a convenient service, couldn't have asked for smoother handling.

I use a manual to do it right and enjoying its features.
