I think its always to have some kind of warranty and have people help you to make sure your items are always working correctly

I renew mine every year. It pays for its self. Especially if you have kids

This membership has provided value for my whole family, really just using it once saves a bundle of money. In addition, you can use the service not just for repairs and emergencies but also to seek advice on purchases and tune up your existing tech.

We had to use our membership recently for something other than service for our computers; retrieving accidental deletion of data for a flash drive. Service was fast and helpful, and at no extra cost for us. Also, anytime we have questions/concerns, there is this peace of mind knowing that we can just contact geek squad or go to our local Best Buy. Best Buy and Geek Squad team members are always friendly, knowledgable, and willing to help.

The Geek Squad membership price is a real deal, plus unlimited support is great also. I feel very comfortable and with great confidence whenever I have an issue with either of my devices or equipment . Geek Squad support is there for my rescue.

Still too early to recommend but when work on my lap top was finished, the wrong power cord was returned to me.

This is one of the best things I've ever purchased. The one-time yearly fee covers everything from extended warranty to items you purchase from Best Buy to free installation to computer hardware you purchase, and 60 days period for returns. I did a total upgrade to my PC, from the motherboard to the cooling system, I mean everything pretty much, and everything was installed by the geek squad. In my opinion it is a great service.

This membership is worth every penny! I know I can contact the qeek squad for anything and they are always there to help. I can trust them with any problem/question that I have!
