Excellent service from Best Buy always available thank you so much

Excellent benefits , all products purchased coming with a two year parts and labor protection plan. Along with in store geek squad services plus price matching for 60 days and so much more the price is a bit high to be a member if you don’t use these in my opinion at 180 dollars.

The best option to buy anything with this card and get the best services

I have used the Best Buy Geek Squad so many times, and always have been happy with their help. Phone and computer questions are answered to me frequently. Don't think I will ever be without their membership

The membership is great and more than cost effective. I took my laptop in to be looked at, which cost more than the membership fee. Yet, my membership covered it.

The membership has permitted us to obtain price matches on our purchases which has saved us additional funds. The membership was more expensive than expected and we were not sure about it. The process was fast and we truly did not have a moment to get to understand the membership, but in the end, the extended price match was beneficial!

Prior to signing up for the Totaltech™ membership, I had purchased two items from Best Buy, one with their insurance and one without. It turned out that both items needed replacements for different reasons. Dealing with the item covered by Best Buy insurance was a breeze, but the other one was more challenging. Now that I have the Totaltech™ membership, I no longer have to worry about remembering whether I have insurance or not. It has simplified my experience and provides peace of mind knowing that I'm covered for any future purchases.

We decided to buy this plan because we purchase most if not all of our electronics from Best Buy. It would probably cost the same or more in the long run to purchase all the plans separately for our items so we figured it's easier to have an all inclusive plan like this. Because we are Totaltech members we are able to take advantage of great value deals on items we need and enjoy that are offered to us ocassionally. It's a win win!
