TotalTech membership is a great thing to have. Quick fixes on tech at no cost whether purchased at Best Buy or elsewhere.

Now, all my laptops and iPads are covered. Having the team at Best Buy should make this worth the investment...

The perks outweigh the cost. In one purchase i was able to save more than the total cost of totaltech.

This membership appears to be a great value. We have not used it yet but have peace of mind knowing it is there when we need it.

for the price it is a must have. if you buy a lot of items from best buy the savings alone on warranty's makes this a must have.

I purchased your total tech on Dec 14th and scheduled a appointment for a tv mount my appointment was confirmed and scheduled for Monday December 19th between the hours of 12 - 8pm I received two confirmation emails from Best Buy confirming the scheduled appointment and was giving instructions on prepping from December 14th thru December 18th I’ve received numerous emails from Best Buy pertaining to different offers.. I took off work to be home for the scheduled appointment about 4pm on Monday I hadn’t heard or received anything from Best Buy about the appointment so I called your customer support upon calling I was told my appointment was rescheduled went to your store and spoke to the manager and there was no appointment for me I paid for a service to have done before Christmas and now being told I have to wait until the 28th I’m very disappointed and displeased with Best Buy and their customer service I received no notification of my appointment having to be rescheduled but I did receive two emails confirming my appointment

This membership is a great value and makes feel that Best Buy backs there products & those that they carry.

Seems like a bunch of money to get this but you can make it up if you make even infrequent purchases.
