Total membership is terrific for me. When I needed help with a fried computer they were able to recover some things. When a tv in the home would not connect with the WiFi geek squad came out to assist with a problem in 2 days. I like that I call and don’t need to worry about the cost.

This membership is a no brainer. I purchased a handheld gaming device and a regular two year warranty would have been $179. $179 would have covered a single device. Good value paid for old computer repair and set up new one

Went in looking for a new computer. Sales associate was very patient and spent about an hour or more explaining each computer i was interested in to help me pick the best one that fit what i wanted. I ended up finding one thanks to him, greatly appreciate the patience and help!

I love my membership. got Lot of perks recently. I am hoping to get enough to go back and purchase a Bose headphones. I can't wait!. At first I thought it would be just a way to get me to open up a Bestbuy card. But honestly I am happy that I did so. I love shopping at this store, for years I believe they still carry the best electronics , no joke. I am fifty years old, and I have been shopping here since I was 18... Perks are good in my later years. You won't be disappointed. I don't like credit cards. But as long as you pay off within 12 months you should get them perks.

I loved that TotalTech membership covered all my purchases. My coffeemaker went berserk and stopped working. So glad I got the protection plan.
