This past year was the first year ever having this membership and it was a good investment. While we didn't utilize all of the benefits (tech support), we saw value in super fast deliveries, member pricing and knowing we had AppleCare support. We just renewed it! I would say you have to determine the value of the items offered to know if it's for you. It was for our family.

The mebemership is a great opetunity to get the best deals an ive seen good low price deals joining an they give great opertunitys to fix any problem with my electronics with no hassel.

The value of the membership is definitely worth it. Apple care for 24 mo and reduce service costs on appliances is awesome. Shipping charges and delivery time savings. Can’t beat the random deals throughout the year.

I was getting the support I needed and understanding from some of the workers that take the time to explain things that I don’t understand

After having 2 problems with my pre build the membership paid for itself with the diagnostic services and original problem. My computer is currently there for the 2nd time for a different issue which has been there for almost 5 days now but that’s just because the store is busy and unrelated to the membership. When dealing with these expensive electronics it’s almost mandatory to have some kind of protection plan and it’s great I can bring it there anytime there’s and issue.
