I have been a Best Buy Rewards member for over 30yrs. It started out free for years, then became a service membership. It definitely is worth the price. I love Best Buy & Magnolia Services. They are always so helpful with guiding me on purchases and never mind when I’m in the store several times before making large purchases.

This membership has been a blessing in my family’s life. When things went negative the plan was always a life saver. It’s been a positive investment.

Great membership to have if you purchase multiple items throughout the year, everything is covered including geeksqaud services.

They help us out whenever we need it and give us good price matches and money back if bought within 2 months if it goes on sale!

My Best Buy Total Membership is an OUTSTANDING value. The service is trained in listening to nontechnical people like me who run into problems then need help. They are patient, kind, and extremely helpful with enabling me to understand problems and how they develop. I am extremely grateful to Best Buy for creating this service. I could not be without it!

The geek squad did a very good job at repairing my iMac 2017 27”. I tried to upgrade it to Tahoe 26 and the operating system went crazy, but the geek squad was able to breathe life back into my 2017 iMac. I am so thankful.

The Best Buy membership gives me financial peace of mind and convenience. I believe that having this membership shields me from the high cost of unexpected repairs and avoids the hassle of finding and scheduling a reliable repair service yourself.

Although pricey, it has been of good use. Getting the computer to recognize my printer, setting up Webroot or my other apps, The Geek Squad & the My Best Buy program has been a godsend. It's like the tech version of AAA+ .

Having the membership saved me a lot of headaches with my products. I even got a refund for the price difference. Best Buy really respects the terms of its memberships.

This membership is a good investment as it assures me of having Geek Sqaud services as needed for my electronics and computers.

I really like this subscription with the amount I shop at Best Buy. I feel like it could either be less expensive or them add more deals or something but it's pretty nice to have if you're a frequent shopper.

Honestly, worth it. I rarely shopped at Best Buy but I basically got total tech for free because a price match gave me 180 back, and they fix up most devices for free, plus 60 day returns is a plus, definitely a buy especially if you’re looking to buy something expensive like an e scooter pc bike or whatever, it’s been 2 months or so amd I saved 300+180, which is nkt at all comparable to the 179.99 I spent

I had the best customer service that anyone could wish for. Thanks to Abby and Steven. Abby is smart, polite, kind and patience. Steven went out of his way to make sure I was happy. I will recommend this Geek Squad team to everyone.

The membership is a great value, I have used it and it is efficient and quick. The Geek Squad it great. I prefer the Northridge Best Buy peeps.
