I was skeptical that the totaltech was worth it but I'm glad i got it since now ive received discounts on other high ticket items and the peace of mind over warranty issues

Ran into issues with my laptop august 2022. brought it to best buy the issue ended up being a motherboard issue. if i didn’t have total tech i would have spent 800$ out of pocket. total tech saved my bank account

Still enjoying my total tech protection. I’ll definitely be getting it again. Definitely worth it. I gave 4 stars cause there is always room for improvement.

The total tech membership is worth the savings when it comes to investing in your products long term. Initially I wasn’t sure if this was the right choice, but I realize I made the right call when it comes to all the perks long term.

Its pretty much the best deal you can get for your electrical protection. Any type of problems you get on your device, you can take it to the TotalTech guys and in matter of no time they will fix every single issue your having. I mean it just can’t get any better then that!

I joined The geek squad service last year due to my computer situation, I didn’t think I would need other services that come with, but guess what I just happened need to have my other appliances replaced . It covers installation and hauling costs and the services are great

good to have this membership only used it once since i got it, a little pricey but im sure it will be worth it down the line.

has really good value as my devices are starting to get older . very easy to make an appt and typically they can trouble shoot a lot without having to check it in. helpful that it covers all my needs even if the item is not from bestbuy.

The greatest membership you could think of. Pays for itself before you walk out the store! And guess what? All the products you buy from Best Buy starting from the time you activate your membership will be covered for a whole 24 months

We didn't realize that we needed an appointment until after we drove about an 1:45 min to the store... These guys understanding that i was green as they come took the bull by the horns and got it done and in record time. There is the making of a GREAT team there at the NLR Arkansas store.

I recently purchased a washer and dryer, and when the technicians arrived to my house they were very professional and efficient at installing the appliances. They also suggested ways I can clean the washer with a hot steamer and keeping up with cleaning techniques.

It’s great to have this package when you need installations and set ups or if something goes wrong with your product but any other time it’s expensive to maintain

I can sum up total tech pretty easy. Its great. From the extended warranties and free shipping if you're a best buy shopper you cant go wrong with this membership. If you have kids, drunk friends, or just live an overall rough life this is must have for your electronics.

Customer service is excellent, and they even explain in detail what’s wrong with your devices and offer the best solutions and best prices. Yearly subscription is good if you have various devices.

Actually this membership isn’t bad at all. You literally have automatic insurance for the duration of the membership. And once you buy a new tv or any big appliance you get free installation. I only needed it once I bought my new home. I will definitely be rejoining

Huge value here. Not only with the discounts, etc, but you get next-level service. Especially good if you purchase 4-5 times a year, and spend 2k+ annually on gadgets tvs computers and peripherals.
