Purchased this to help me with transferring data from 3 older hard drives along with my recently crashed laptop to my new external hard drive so I could save old pictures, and such, from these drives. Tech Support called after 2 days to inform me that they could not read any files, pics, videos, etc. from ANY of the hard drives I left for them. When I went to pick them up, they said they could "dispose" of the old hard drives for me. I asked to keep them. I ordered a $39.00 cable from Amazon and retrieved files, pics, and videos from 2 of the 3 hard drives they said they could not read!!! RIDICULOUS THAT I PAID $199.99 FOR THESE ROOKIES TO FAIL!! I do not even know what I am doing and could easily recover an enormous amount of information, pics, videos, and valuable memories from these old hard drives !!

I purchased this plan to add protection to my devices, and so far I have been saving as a direct result.

I purchased TotalTech and ordered a house full of appliances. It was supposed to be great. Unfortunately it quickly turned into a nightmare. Each appliance had an issue. The dryer looks like someone threw it off a truck and the fridge had a dent in the door. They alerted me to the issues and are replacing. Great. After they left, I discovered the dryer was not installed correctly. They never hooked up my water line to the dryer so I can run the steam option. I purchased the hoses and everything online. They just left them in the box and didn't say anything. Today, one week later, I learned from my HVAC professional that my stove has a huge dent in the back. I mean, the back of the stove looks like it lost a serious fight. I would have never known had he not pulled it out. So now I have to deal with another appliance replacement and the clueless TotalTech folks. Completely unacceptable. Completely unprofessional. I have lost faith in this "service" I purchased. Best Buy - do better. Be better. Hire legitimate and competent employees.
