This membership is good for its value. I've been a member for a couple of years and its worth the price. I really like when you buy any electronics it includes the protection plan for free for up to at least 24 months.

Geek squad has been so helpful! They can fix my computer issues while I’m at home! I was having printer issues where my wireless printer would not connect to my computer and they were able to fix the issue virtually while I worked on other things on my computer! It was super convenient and saved me the time and hassle!

I am dissapointed that you have to make an appointment just to ask a question. I thought they would be more helpful.

Best decision i made to obtain membership. Not being a tecky having a dependable IT department anytime is peace of mind. Also, notifications of specials makes purchasing items easier.

Unlimited geek squad is broken , like really broken. You break it they fix it and if they can’t you get a new one free. Doesn't matter if your ex threw it against the wall and put it in the blender, the dog chewed it up , or the cat scratched it up and pushed it off the counter they just replace it freeeeeeeee. Save yourself some piece of mind and your future self some money.

Honestly, I got it because I was worried that my PC would have issues with it, but so far. I have now any issues, but I would still stick with the service because you never know what could happen so I think it is really worth it getting the the membership.

Bought a new laptop and the sales person said it was only $100 to transfer everything from old laptop unitl i brought in. They said no and the best "deal" was to spend $179 which does cover more. I had no choice. It was dobebthe next day but they missed stuff, so the person working had to complete it and it took an hour. BTW, it's still missing apps that i told them I needed. A few days later, more issues and missing items. Called their "support" which is just a guy overseas reading a script as he remotely accessed my laptop. After 40 minutes, he couldn't do it , so his "tech support" took over but he knew even less. He gave up after 10 minutes. So, I brouhht it back to the store and they fixed it in a few minutes.

We used the membership in the beginning then had no more use for it! It’s great if you have multiple expensive items to have full support! I recommend this service for people that will utilize it

This membership will pay for itself if you just consider the cost of an extended warranty on a couple of appliances It is a great deal. Plus included in the membership is having access to tremendous Geek Squad services. Very, very reasonable price point.
