When I go into the store, I usually walk out with an updated, great product. But, when over the phone, other problems are resolved easily.

Over all i am fully satisfied with their service. One big problem was the delivery and install takes 2 weeks. Amazon delivers in 2 days only. When it was my day of delivery the assigned driver called in sick. Guesd what i have to wait for 2 weeks again. So i told them that i will cancel and go to Cosco or Amazon. They had my tv delivered in 1 week. Yes right still too long of a wait. It was totally complete craziness but I already paid for total tech and the tv. It was a test of patience. I said the f word many timed that day when I knew that my tv will not arrive.

This membership is of great value, I can take my phone in any time to have work done on it and I have a two year warrantee if anything happens to my phone.

Love my membership. Price is initially expensive but if you purchase a lot of tech items, appliances, etc. then the membership pays for itself. I primarily purchased this membership for the Apple Care included with all Apple product purchases. This has paid for itself already. Also love the fact that they will price match and adjust if the price drops after you purchase an item. Cannot speak for claims or Geek Squad service as I have not used those since purchasing membership.

Wish I would've gotten this sooner! Many times over they offered it and I was like nah that seems to expensive. But let me tell you. I have saved so much more than I have spent on it being I have three small kids and a house full of electronics from Best Buy. So worth it!

So is my first buying things from Best Buy, am going to college and plan to work in the I.T. field and wanted to be prepared when going through these classes, so far their has been no major issues with any of the products I have purchased and everything at this time of my purchase was basically under 2,000.00. Total tech? This is some thing you really need when it comes to MacBooks these computers are very good for school businesses anything like that if you want to make music become a DJ you can literally do anything on these computers however, it is good to have any sort of protection on these computers because it can be very expensive to fix so when I purchase my MacBook, the representative at the register told me about total tech, and from there on out, I had to purchase. I definitely recommend purchasing this when you get your computer because it’s so worth it.

Having the Best Buy Total membership has come in handy several times. I like that I can call Total Tech and someone actually picks up the phone instead of an automated response. They help me resolve any issues I might have with orders or home appliances. Total Tech saved me money on my last purchase of a gas stovetop through discounts on installation, etc. Really glad I have Total Tech.
