They troubleshooted with me and that was a good experience. I than bought a combo espresso and drip coffee maker that was missing an item. I contacted total tech support to (hopefully) provide contact info for the company to ask for the missing item. After a long wait I was referred to go in person to the local BB for them to help me.. I've went into the store with issues concerning online orders before and been told in the past that they can't help with anything purchased online. So all in all, waste of time chatting this last time with them and no resolution.
