I have a small business and being a member to a place I most frequent for high dollar items was a "makes sense" move. Having insurance on my tech is good but being able to take it back to the GeekSquad and having a solution with a few days is vital.

This membership is a real value. Member prices, plus unlimited Geek Squad support are great. AIso, love the peace of mind of getting protection plans on our purchases!

This membership is a great item because everything I buy is protected for two years which is great because it saves me money on not buying insurance on items that I usually would get for cell phones, laptops and printers

This was great having, I took my new laptop in for service and was not charged anything and it was fixed on-site while I was there. It also lets you use it for anyone you know that has issues with a product from Best Buy.

I like the protection and time to get my computer/phone fixed. However, the last 2 times I've been there, they refused to help me because it was "third party" problem and the computer had a leakage and they wouldn't take the hard drive out and copy it. I had to go to UBreakitWfix it and pay for these 2 things to get done.

This membership comes in handy when I least expect it. I have 2 teenagers and multiple devices in my home.
