Super useful if you go to best buy frequently for things as their warranties are amazing

I thought maybe it was something too expensive that i wouldnt get my money back on but they have already conpletely repaired an older macbook i had for me and also have member pricing available on many different items among many other things. Happy to be a member

Customer service varies greatly on who is working at the time. Otherwise I appreciate the support.

haven't really used it yet, the dish washer installation cost me money however they did a wonderful and expert job so no complaints. Still learning how to use the new one.

I have been a member for under a year and I plan on renewing annually. Its like an auto-service club membership. It's well worth the investment, and better to be a member that doesn't need services than someone who needs services and isn't a member.

The TotalTech membership provides startup data transfer from an old computer and backup data, to a new computer system, and configuration for reliable data backup on the new system. Scheduled appointments make an organized approach to answering questions and training on specific items.

This was a big help to have for setting up my new TV i purchased and its a good feeling I can call them with other issues. But unfortunately I called them about an issue with my new Laptop but got someone I couldnt understand well so i got frustrated and just called HP instead.

I don’t use it often, but even 1 call is cheaper (for me) than getting someone else to do it at my house, or pack it up and go elsewhere… so idk~ I just pay it once a year and it’s ALWAYS worth it to me.

The people Jonathan the manager and chanello the guy who helped me puck out the Tv they wer absolutely wonderful!! The techs that came out to install Fernando and his partner im sorry I forgot his name but they were great also! I would love to continue shopping here.

Great if you buy a lot of products from Best Buy. $200 a year seems expensive but if you buy tech like I do it will pay itself off very quickly with protection programs and product savings! Also if you purchase any apple product you get apple care included with any purchase.

So far I've only used the Total Tech set up and delivery service. No complaints. I was very pmeased with the service and emplressed by the young men's professionalism, friendliness, knowledge of the product and skills in overcoming obsticles to mount my tv straight.

Great service. They respond and are in the problem in minutes as they are able to accomplish most problems directly via connecting to my computer. If not, they have come to the house to accomplish the repair. Honest estimates and not “pushy”

The membership was a perfect purchase as we moved into our new home. Delivery and installation of our appliances and mounting our TV with no extra cost was a steal. Plus, the protection plan creates a piece of mind if anything were to happen. I would purchase it again!

TotalTech was a good membership that included in-home Geek Squad services. TotalTech is no longer available and has been changed to My Best Buy Total which does not include in-home Geek Squad Service without charges.

Worth the price in gold, i had my screen replaced on my phone, tv set up and saved 5 hundred dollars on a tv exclusively price for total tech members. The value I got from the membership already out weighed the cost. I plan to continue my membership for years to come.
