I was signed up for this by an in store employee without understanding even what was going on. i'm mentally disabled and that is borderline predatory.

I bought a laptop and paid with a credit card and you added $240 for a Total ?? membership on to the cost and I didn't know until you tried to renew it the next year for a lower price.

There customer service is good but there cost the rules dont just the cost. Only allowed 2 request in a year and your charged a fee per service besides paying their yearly cost, unrealistic for the price.

Wasn’t sure when I bout this service but I am sure glad I did. Used it twice so far and was well worth the investment

I always by the warranty now it's just a service but be aware you get 2 claims per day only!

I bought this protection for my playstation controller just incase it gets the co troller drift. Which they said it covers.

Membership is worth it. Gives you peace of mind. Now I buy all my electronics under this plan.

The scheduling is a nightmare. My appointment moved to a pending state by Best Buy, waiting for me to reschedule it. And this was done while I was waiting for the technicians and I was not notified by Best Buy. Even worse, the system emailed me while I was waiting, to tell me to hang tight: technicians are on the way. I ended up going to the nearby Best Buy store. I was offered to reschedule the delivery during a week day which does not work for our working family. So we are now eying at the next weekend. I was also offered to grab the delivery with me and I guess instal it’s myself. The only problem is that it is an 85 inch tv. Best Buy suggested that rent a uhaul if I needed the item earlier. I really wonder why I paid for tech services… To make matter even worse, I was told that the reason why the item could not be delivered is that they had assigned 1 ( yes 1) person to deliver and mount it. So 1 technician to mount an 85 inch tv on a wall… Let’s see what’s going to happen next week.
