I bought a 75" Samsung and I was first introduced to the Total Tech Program. I thought it was a great deal for the price. I didn't run into problems until I trued to use the 24/7 help system online. Here are my issues: 1. The chat techs aren't very helpful with any issues. I tried to cancel an item I ordered on December 7th, which still hadnt arrived before Christmas. I was given the run around as to why it couldnt be done. I spoke to several techs, ( by the way, if your chat is disconnected you have to start all over with a new tech). When I finally reached a tech to cancel the order and give me a refund, instead of refunding my account they debited the amount which doubled the price. It took awhile to get it back in my account and I am still waiting for the refund. 2. As I mentioned before, anytime your chat is interrupted or disconnected, you get a new tech when you sign back in and have to start all over with the issue you have. 3. It seems that they can not handle any issue and always give you a phone number to call instead. I dont think the Total Tech is worth ghe money. I will stick with the old warranty and Geek Squad process.

This is great because i purchase the geek squad protection on everything I purchase. The plan has already paid for itself.

So far, haven’t needed it. Here’s to hoping it’s a smooth process with apple care items as well!

Great if you purchase lots of things from Best Buy. Otherwise it will be a bit expensive to purchase

With electronics , you need some extra service and this sounds great I would recommend getting it
