||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.i agree total tech use to be good before they say geek squad is included. its not. its now a upcharge for a repair. doesn't even offer you the option to buy anymore when i use to always buy protection. its no longer a good value. when i asked for help with my stream deck which should be included for them to help me set it up, they couldn't help me. i even took in my big lenovo computer in with it, will cancel total tech. im a elite and total tech. what a waste makes me to not want to make purchases here anymore. will buy from a place that offers better value and warranties. i was duped in not buying coverage because they said it was included no it is not. its a limited warranty with a upcharge. i spend way to much for this not cool. They lost a loyal client. for misinforming me on the sale

When I made an appointment to transfer from one computer to the other, I was not told it would be an overnight process. Was not able to leave both computers overnight. Better process for this?
