We had some install issues but every time I called in for service I was told I had to bring the device in to be looked at. We weren't going to do that so we reiterated that this was an install issue and then they were willing to set up a service visit. They are still trying to fix the issue and are now going to exchange the sound bar. So at this point I'm not sure the totaltech package has done me much good.

Refunded bad
