Over 5 years ago I needed a new head set to hear at night without any one who is sleeping could here. I found Mcee head set. I was total satisficed with my pouches. after a 5 years of using my head set every day or night, I replaced the head set with the same Mcee head set and back on enjoying listing to TV letting other in the house sleep. One request Please keep this head set in stock.

Wasn't sure if this was something. I needed at first, but after they explained the benefits of the total program. I'm glad that we purchased it because within a week of buying one laptop. We needed a second since we already had purchased the plan. It allowed for data transfer at no additional charge to the new laptop which was purchased from. Another store Geek Squad is helpful informative as always.

The membership is good to have. Only thing is you pay extra for hanging tvs. But you can get help in a pinch if online help is needed.

This has paid for itself several times over! With today's electronics, they are not designed to last, they're designed to be fabricated as cheaply as possible. That means your likelihood of getting a dud is higher than in the "old days" when we repaired appliances instead of replacing them. I would strongly recommend this coverage to everyone, especially for laptops and large appliances. Definitely worth it!

This membership is great especially the Geek Squad. We are an older couple and technology disabled lol. They have helped us so many times and are so patient and knowledgeable.

Definitely enjoy my membership i have used it multiple time to fix my phone i also get 3 free screen protector replacements a year which is beneficial.

Free appliance removal was huge. Not having to pay delivery and removal on appliances paid for itself

My Best Buy Total is a great buy if you have many products from Best Buy. Better pricing, service, etc is included. I usually save much more than the cost of the service over the year.

These are great. Sound quality, they’re loud & you can’t hear anything around you, like you’re in a bubble. I got these for the gym, i like them but they are bulky & i find myself adjusting them frequently.
