This membership give me the peace of mind I need because I’m not very technically oriented!

I wasn’t sure about Total membership, but it paid off when I took my computer in to have it checked out because of problems I’d been having. The diagnostic testing was covered and when I needed to replace the hard drive I received a 20% discount on the parts.

Love love love this membership if thinking of pulling the trigger do so. If is better than the old warranty on craftsmen stuff. Phone support online support and geek squad in store to free replacement. What else can you want pull the trigger today if haven’t.

I buy quite a bit of stuff from Best Buy, this membership is great to have. I recently bought a new Dell computer that came with a 512gb SSD hard drive, however, my needs require more storage space than that, so I had them install a 1tb SSD hard drive & upgrade to windows 11 pro, they also made the 512 SSD a storage drive, The computer works flawlessly, and the membership paid for this service by the Geek Squad, love it!

I have used this exclusively for Geek Squad services. I was unfortunately hacked twice within a month which made signing up for Geek Squad full coverage well worth it. I was able to get my computer back in hand both times in under 4 days. I removed a star just because I wasn't given answers as to what caused the issue both times and am left feeling vulnerable that it could happen again.

Absolutely love this membership. I already have saved hundreds of dollars. My son locked himself out of his iPhone by changing his password and forgot. we couldn't get an apple appt and he was leaving for a vacation. Best helped us same day and it was free of charge. it doesn't matter if you bought your device from best buy

The best buy total membership has saved me around 200 dollars and i haven't even had it for very long. You save money on free protection for most products you buy, and as someone who plays video games I see that as really important. You also save money on repairs of consoles and accessories. Overall this subscription is one of the best out there who like to buy expensive things and will save money on just warranties alone.

I really enjoy bestbuy services the one star away is when you call the store the wait to answer the phone is a bit long but recently I have called more in the past few months the female that answered has a thick dialect can’t understand her then becomes a lost call . It would be a five star.
