I really enjoy bestbuy services the one star away is when you call the store the wait to answer the phone is a bit long but recently I have called more in the past few months the female that answered has a thick dialect can’t understand her then becomes a lost call . It would be a five star.

So far i've only returned one item, so I haven't really utilized this membership all that much, but what i can say is that the item was accepted without any questions really (not even checking if all components were included) and I got the refund notification while i was in-store. Can't wait for something to break later down the line to really get my money's worth. Happy so far.

As a buisness owner, this membership gives me peace of mind. We just had an employees laptops screen malfunction and it was so easy to go into Best Buy and get it fixed. This membership has saved me a ton of money in costs and repairs!

This membership is a great value to me. Geek Squad plus help for any other piece of electronics I have in my house. Haven't used it yet, but as a Non Technical Senior Citizen I'm sure something will come up and I'll use this TotalTech memberhip.

Awesome experience as a BestBuy member. Best buy membership is fantastically helpful! It allowed me to get to buy a kot of things I wanted and I didn't have money for immediately. I thank BestBuy for the experience so far.

We use this membership for our household and small business. If you need to take in a machine 1 or 2 times a year...its well worth it.

I can’t speak highly enough about Best Buy’s TotalTech subscription. This has given me so much value over the last few years, and has really proven to be worth the cost. I have saved money on purchases (always lower or matched with competition), I have received truly complimentary AppleCare extended warranties, and always received the best experience and service from the Best Buy team! If you shop at Best Buy, or are a tech freak like me, I highly recommend the TotalTech subscription!

I had purchased the Totaltech for one year. I enjoyed all the benefits and most definitely utilized the availability of having someone come and install al the products I purchased through Best-buy. That said, I did not continue a second year. Memberships are great and this would be one I would keep if it were a bit less in cost. I am a long time customer of Best Buy, probably since they opened their doors and will continue to shop there for many reasons. My first and foremost reason is the customer service. Thanks again

I do use my rewards for so many things in the store and sometimes on line. The benefit of having this in my wallet is comforting knowing I will be taken care of there.

I work at another electronics store and we offer protection plans but after my experience with totaltech for a year I recommend it to most of my customers that need assistance with diagnostics or repairs for products they don’t have protection on. I been sending customers your way for 6 months now. I plan on getting back on the Totaltech membership after receiving the ROG Ally I preordered. Best Buy is the best every time when I research deals and availability with electronics. I got the Best Buy credit card because of my experiences.
