Brought in my old pc deciding to upgrade my cpu, was told the motherboard was outdated and needed a new board.. bought and asked the nice people at geekswuad to put it in for me, found out case didnt fit.. nor did my old power supply would fit, i opted for a new build , waited for about a day and a half, and the pc was looking amazing !!! These guys were honestly the best people for the job!! Think is name was micheal, and sol was such a sweet heart, 100/10 would recommend

This membership, while not inexpensive, is a hood value for me. I am technically illiterate in part due to lack of interest + in part due to not growing up with all these technologies. I like the help that is iffered and the extended return period.

We decided to join this when we neede help at the Geeksquad counter with a slow-running older laptop; it was cheaper to join this for a year where thw service was covered than to pay for the service alone; so that would have been fine, but now thatvwe have it, we are discovering additional benefits like better warranty coverage on certain purchases and even discounta on selected items. I guess I didn't realuze how often we come to Best Buy and need help with our electronic devices.

This was great since we have bought tvs and household appliances from Best Buy.

I have been very disappointed. The items were originally scheduled to be installed by the geek squad on 12/23. I had specifically asked that amount compatible with the TV be included with the order and in case the existing amount did not work. When the geek squad came on 12/23 they did not have an amount that would work and the existing one did not work. They told me to go buy a mount that would work with the 65” LG and that would then come back and install it. I bought the new mount but have been unable to schedule a time for the geek squad to come back and install the TV and related equipment. There is something wrong with your system. It seems not to allow the installation to occur. Would you please help me get this done?

WE LOVE our usual tech - all of them are great! They always make sure we understand what's wrong and what they're going to do to fix it.
