This membership has been beneficial to me. They have checked all my computers and the service has been excellent. I recommend it. It is very useful if you have several computers at home.

I haven’t needed additional help yet but I do have some things to review with geek squad etc. But I’m very happy to know that I have the option available. It’s nice to have some backup.

It is great for customer support with all your electronic devices. Having this support for all your needs is really a life saver.

Membership rewards are good. Total Protection Plan is fair. Items are sent out for repair which makes even minor repairs take weeks. One of my items was not packaged well after repair and was damaged in transit back to the store. The result was weeks of additional time before the repair was completed.

Best Buy Total is the way to go. If you have any issues, they can help you fix them and run your computer remotely to fix the issues.

I have been a member since 2019 and it has been absolute peace of mind whenever something goes wrong on any of my purchases. The downside in the revised BestBuy Total program is that they took out the free anti-virus for your PCs that came as a TotalTech member, but it still gives you assurance on all your purchases, especially with the free 2 yr protection and replacement plan qnd Apple Care it offers on most purchases.

I like this program. Instead of buying insurance on every expensive item I purchase, you just buy it and everything is covered. I used Geek Squad for the first time in the all the time I have been shopping at Best Buy and the experience was great and to my surprise there was no fee because I was a Total Tech member. That one event paid for my yearly membership.

way too expensive. I also found the Geek Squad service lacking. They only have one tech who can transfer data from my old computer, and when that person needed funeral leave, they had no one to step in. So I ended up having to wait a week to have my new computer ready. The manager, as I see it does not have a a plan B. Does not have backup for such occurrences.

Kenny is the man, I only got the subscription because of how helpful that man is, I see myself as a life time Best buy member as long as he is there. He super helpful, very attentive and most importantly he cares about his work.

Everything about this membership makes sense I have a lot of tech especially Apple devices and paying for multiple coverages doesn’t sit well with me. Best Buy makes this total membership coverage easy to use and easy to protect all your tech
