Terrible "service" manned only from INDIA.

Purchased a dishwasher and totaltech for the install on 11/19. Install/delivery scheduled for 12/3. Got a call on the day of install saying it could not be completed and needed a reschedule. Called totaltech same day and spoke with 2 agents in India one sceduled and the other confirmed the new install as 12/8. I got a text and email confiramtion for the rescedule install for 12/8. Then on 12/4 I get several texts saying I still need to rescedule the missed appt. I called totaltech AGAIN 12/5 to check on my install. I'm told they don't have a record of it even though I offered to send them the email FROM BEST BUY confirming my appt on 12/8. Their offer to fix the problem... scedule me again for 3 MORE WEEKS OUT 12/29! Purchased dishwasher on 11-19 and they expect me to now wait till 12/29. THEY WOULD NOT LET ME SPEAK WITH ANYONE OTHER THEN THE INDIA CALL CENTER. Atrocious TotalTech service.
