I ordered $10,000 in surround sound/new tv products in November 2020. i purchased the totaltech support and paid for them to come mount the tv and hook the in-wall surround sound up to the amplifier. Was supposed to come out in December but cancelled last minute and told next available date was mid January. They then cancelled again last minute, 2 days before my house warming party. I attempted to contact the 24/7 support team and was on hold for an hour and was passed around to 3 different people and was told A supervisor would be advised and I would get a call back, of course no call back. I went in store and was told i needed an appointment to talk to a geek squad rep, again was told he would talk to a supervisor and would get a call back with no call back. This compsny cannoy be trusted to provide any type of support. stay clear and save your money

As a consumer i am quite disappointed with how the customer service department failed to provide me with the help i needed. i purchased two big items and suppose to have them delivered the next day, for them to deliver to the wrong house. After inquiring about replacing it not only did i wait for 3 days for an update but said replacement items were canceled by your customer service representatives. I’ve tried to reach back out and to my surprise i’ve had no luck or success on my side.
