excellent washing machine work perfect and performs very well I'm very satisfied with this product.

I had an older sears dishwasher, which we had issues closing the door. Called Sears, two weeks later we had a technician come (for a fee), and tried to fix the problem but a few days later the issue returned. Called Best Buy who told me it was covered under TotalTech, they came a couple days later and fixed the issue “ for FREE!” Later, I replaced all my older Sears appliances with products I purchased from Best Buy. Those items are protected by BB TotalTech!

Membership is a good feeling...Geek squad is my favorite.

Love this membership. I'm not tech savey so I stop in anytime I think I have a problem and the Geek squad is always helpful.

It's nice to have 24/7 support. They are very helpful.

The terms have changed with the increase in annual fee but it beats playing every time I have a problem.

I always get the membership because it adds protection on all my electronics. It didn’t really help for my TV’s physical damage but I did like that you get free delivery.

Being a member of the my Best Buy total membership is a great thing saves me time and money and I get treated special. I do recommend it. It cost you a little bit of money every year, but it is worth every penny.

I saved so much with this membership to build my pc, or even repairs for my electronics. It definitely outstanding value. If you don't get this membership, you will have to pay around $330 to build a pc. But this membership is only $189.99. You can find additional savings on many products. So there's no reason to not get this if you are into electronics!

When you look at the benefits of this program, and you realize that your phones, TV's, laptops, and printer were purchased at Best Buy, the decision to purchase the Totaltech package was simple. Fortunately, we have not needed the service/repair/replacement coverage yet, we have used the free installation option, and could not be more pleased. When you add the comfort of knowing this package stands behind all Best Buy purchases, even those made prior to joining Totalteck, I feel good about recommending it to my friends.
