I feel very supported by having this service. The geek squad members have been punctual and informative in my dealings. Had to go with the total tech with my gaming laptop, as performance pieces get used hard and are prone to bad tuning and overclocking disasters.

I've been a Total Tech member for over 2 years, and I am completely satisfied of the expertise and quick response to all of my requests. They fixed my computer that another provided had messed up for months. I have not had any bad experiences since.

This membership has come in handy multiple times! I am incredibly clumsy and have had quite a time with my electronics breaking which is the entire reason I bought it. The Geek Squad is always so courteous in helping me.

Total Tech is good for everyone that use electronics. Unfortunately, you never know when you electronics will crash and with out total tech you can spend hundreds of dollars on replacement or repairs.

Great service. Handled my electronic problem professionally. Did all that they could and then ordered a new one for me. Would highly recommend this service. Also covers all other electronics even if you didn't buy from them. They will check it out for you.

Tgis membership is something I suggest everyone to seriously invest in especially if you have children. You wonr regret it they offer great useful benefits that uou can actually use and gave on hand if eventually need them ever thing is cover under this member ship

worth it if you need installation service. Beyond that I would not pay each year just to have the extra coverage

This is the 2nd time I have purchased this service. It is well worth the money and the team is great to work with. The T.V Installation team did an awesome job and was very professional. The other perks that come with this such as the additional warranty is nice!!

I got this when I purchased a Macbook. The applecare would have been $250ish, but the TotalTech package was only $200 and included free Applecare on all apple products I purchase, plus everything else. I haven't used it, but if you are buying apple products and applecare it is a no brainer.

This membership is of real value. Memeber prices, plus Unlimited GrleekSquad support are great. Also, i love the peace of mind of getting the protection plans on my purchases.

We’ve been really happy with our total tech membership. We had a couple problems with the new washer that we bought so we reached out to geek squad and they came and fixed it!! They also stacked our dryer on top of the washer with no problems. Very professional!

My former computer experts were extorting money from me. With a recommendation from my financial advisor, I immediately called BEST BUY, and made an appointment with the GEEK SQUAD, who examined my computer to ensure it was clean, then they installed Wellroot.

The membership is good if you are a tech fanatic or buy items weekly, or monthly. Not sure how the new system will work but exited to see what’s in store

SO WORTH IT! My son dropped his backpack with his laptop in it. It cracked the screen (which made the touchscreen not work) and the case around where the charger plugs in (blocking access to the plug). Dropped it off and within a couple of weeks, had it back just like new!

I can use at any time. I like at lot because it is available when I more need it.

This has worked out very well for us. We've taken advantage of free installations. Extended warrantees being automatic on any purchaced items at no cost alone saves money. access to the geek squad. Kinda get it all.

Very happy with my Totaltec Membership. At first i questioned myself IF the membership was worth purchasing. After only a month, I have save almost 3 times the membership cost (member pricing, Free installations, old appliance Free haul away).

If you have multiple items from Best Buy this really has some good value. Getting the apple care on Apple Devices bought there along with warranty and assistance from Best Buy should anything go wrong is certainly beneficial. We are pleased with the program.
