I purchased Totaltech with my purchase of dishwasher, refrigerator, and over the microwave range for the benefit of haul away, delivery, and install. I scheduled delivery. Lots of contrasting information online about what is in and when can deliver, and what pieces: messages by email and phone didn't match what is listed online through my account. I'd schedule and online it would say I need to set up delivery. It would say the item is not in, and chat or speak to someone on the phone, and then it actually was in. I got a message saying that an item was in sooner and to call for sooner delivery, and then I'd call and they'd say their system doesn't show it. Delivery of first two items botched after setting aside a 4 hour window time. Third party delivery said could only drop off, not haul away, nor install. Had to set another appt for this????? Who expects this? This is so frustrating!! I rejected the items because I'd have no place to put them while I wait for the haul away and intall, furthermore would not use of the appliances in the meantime. One end doesn't seem to know what the other is doing. Not happy.
