This has been a complete blessing for our family. You really can't best the value for everything that you are getting. If Geek Squad can't fix it, the item gets replaced. My husband paid $1800 for a computer. It had some serious issues due to a software malfunction. Geek Squad was able to fix it at no additional cost!

For a household that loves new gadets on a budget, this was a no-doubt perfect purchase. I am almost through my first year with the membership and question why I did not purchase sooner; I will be renewing.

The technical support for my new computer by Bernie (experienced and clear explanations) has been excellent. With free tutoring by appointment, I have started to use features specific to my professional needs. These tutoring sessions will continue throughout this first membership year. A great option to have peace of mind, with my mind free of concerns and relieved if anything "bad" happens with my laptop and some other electronic devices I have! I already used this service twice in the period of 7 months, and they fixed my laptop issues right away! So, it was already worth the investment, and I still have 5 months to go. Actually, I plan to renew this service for the next year...

Excellent program worth every penny covers. Everything has the coverage included with everything definitely worth getting and spending the money on if you’re able to afford it.

I purchased Total mainly to get an automatic discount on my W/D purchase. I used it once - called a tech to come look at my washer because I thought it was agitating too slowly.... But I cancelled before my "Auto Renwal" came due - I did not think it was worth $180

This membership was very useful in getting my information transferred from my old cpu to my new machine and I now have Geek Squad support for the next year as well.

When I bought my computer I knew right away that I wanted a good warranty. It would be my first time owning an Apple computer and knew support would be needed. The associates in the store were very helpful and not pushy about the warranty, they just told me all it could do for me. Once I was told what all would be covered it was a no brainer! Saved me lots with member-only discount on already discounted brand new MacBook Pro M3 Max during the Prime Day deal days ON TOP OF FREE APPLE CARE which would've been at least another $220 easily! Not to mention what deals/promos are to come, along with other protection plans that add up to saving LOTS of $$$!
