It has been great getting my computer worked on, every worker has been helpful and kind. Along with finding things in the store and answering my questions. It would be nice if it was a bit cheaper but other than that it’s great!

I am very pleased with my new Samsung laptop. It is slim, quick, and easy to use. In addition to this, Eric at the service desk is a delightful employee, a real asset to Best Buy.

Your write up was excellent. This is the most valuable item I acquired for my computer, TV, and laptop. The Geek Squad persons have been truly professional and know what they are doing. If the first agent cannot solve the problem, he/she finds one that can. I have never been let down by the Geek Squad with my problems. If an agent cannot fix the problem over the phone, he/she will set up an in-home visit to solve the probleml.

Because of this membership I was able to return a computer beyond the store’s 15 day mark, it was worth the membership just for that alone!! Add on the fact you get even more is great!!

Use this each year for problems I can't solve myself.

Total Tech is da bomb! They are SO helpful and it’s great to get personalized service when needed. Every tech we’ve dealt with has been helpful, knowledgeable, patient, professional, and caring. We use it a couple times a year and so far, it has paid for itself versus paying per incident.

This membership is great. I live in a 55 plus community and my neighbors and I are not very Tech Savvy. The Geek Squad has helped me with my computer, TV with sound bar, treadmill, and additional speakers. They come to my apartment to install everything and always answer every question I have. My BEST BUY total IS the best investment I have made for ALL of my electronic needs.
