This membership has been a great value and paid for itself with how easy it is to return/replace items. If you have kids in the house I recommend this 1000% and if you don’t it’s still a great thing to have.

I get a whole year of device repair with no other cost and great deals on other items whats not to like? Ps anyone i know can use my membership as long as they have my number so thats a plus

The Best Buy Membership is something I found very useful after purchasing TV’s and devices that require installation and tech squad support. The customer service I have experienced always go above and beyond to help me where they can. I continue to purchase from Best Buy versus other competitors because I truly feel like I am always getting the best deal with Best Buy.

The peace of mind having all my electronics carry warranty coverage where I can just exchange them locally is amazing and worth every penny. The 60 day return window is great too!

Total membership is a good value for the cost. It's already paid for itself with the member savings I've gained! I like that my products are all protected, plus I have (and used my) access to Geek Squad's services.

very convenient and accessible but if forget to renew, you lose all protection on all purchases. so when you buy it again, the protection is only with that new item you purchased.

It's been so easy having the membership to manage my purchases and any issues I've had. The store can recognize my history and assist me with any questions. I'm not a tech person so it's great to have this support.

This membership is an amazing value. If you do the "math", you will pay less with the complete package purchase on most items. An example is that you get "Apple care" on Apple products. I have recently purchased three Apple products and my Total membership covers it all..!!!!

I dealt with the best people in the world! I was ready to return my sound bar/Roku. I’m not sightless; however, I struggle reading small font and focusing. That said, I tried several times to follow the instructions. No Go! So I call Best Buy. I’m told that I qualify for free installation. The most angelic CSR in the world arranges for a Geek Squad member to come the next day at a convenient time. Then the best Geek Squad tech in the world shows up!! I’m so very grateful! Poor Best Buy. They’re stuck with me. ❤️

My ps5 controllers constantly get stick drift from palying and kids dropping them. This solves that problem and has saved me with installations of tvs as well.

We have the total best buy membership if we have a problem we call best buy and they look in to the problem it is great.

This membership paid for itself the first 2 months after I purchased it, last year. It is welk wirth the money for the peace of mind I have knowing I can bring my ekectronics in. No hassle just great customer.

Oh, this is the greatest thing I ever could’ve done. I don’t know if you’re like me, but I am constantly somehow messing up my phone and computers with the random things that I download. I’m able to give them a call. They can remotely access my laptop, home, computer or phone and figure out what I did if I was clicking a button on settings or some malware had joined the phone. I don’t know if I would do without them. They are a lifesaver.

Good Value for what you pay for, the year alone of tech support whenever you need at no extra charge was great.

If you plan to get a lot of appliances or devices in the next year, this is a no-brainer. Not only did it take care of the installation of our stove, microwave, fridge, and dishwasher, but it also covered the replacement of an e-reader after the screen cracked (every device you get while subscribed will be covered with a protection plan). With that said, though, we only kept the subscription for the year and likely won't get another one 'till we've saved up enough to have another year of major upgrades.
