At first this seemed like a waste of money but as i continue to buy more products the benefits of this program really does save money. The onky catch is you have to be purchasing a few products. If you dont plan on making a few purchase thus may not be for you. However uf you know you will be making a few purchases and larger expenses for TVs, fridges,computers, etc. This is definitely worth it!

Worth every penny. Having the Geek Squad launch the new equipment, transfer data from the old, and teach me operations was invaluable. Very patient, knowledgable staff. While waiting, other customers sought help for equipment of all sorts and learned their repairs would be quite pricey - regretting they had not purchased the full membership plan. Electronics can have too many hiccups to not have insurance coverage.

This membership has very good value, and with all the other options it gives me as far as the geek squad and technical service. It’s well worth the money.

this is a must purchase for anyone that has a lot of electronics and want to that the items you all this money for is protected and these guys know what they are doing they came out and told me what was wrong with my tv and ordered the parts and installed made sure the tv worked correctly best techs ever

9 years ago we bought the same computer and transferred all the data ourselves. This time we purchased a Best Buy Total membership plan and had them transfer our information from the old hard drive to the new computer. We dealt with 3 different technicians when we dropped off the new computer, the day we purchased it at Best Buy, and when we picked it up after the transfer. Each one was nice, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. We were very pleased with the whole process.
