The membership is a great value. It provides protection for purchases and support services (however, you may have to wait). If you go into a store, the Geeks will jump on the issues, and you will be happy.

I didn't know what I was getting when I opted for this option, it was just initially to help me transfer data from one computer to another and help me connect a work printer to my laptop, but what I have gotten has paid for itself several times in just 3 months!! From discounts on video games, 24/7 support, and team that I can feel confident in knowing they will stop at nothing to help me accomplish the goals I have! It's the best investment and continues to impress me!

This is perfect purchase, Phone service and very patient staff walking you through every step I have used it several times for problems with laptop.

It’s a yearly charge I don’t blink at eye at. If you purchase enough tech and opt to add the warranty on every item this likely matches that. Not to mention it literally covers every part and piece you purchase. Not to mention exclusive access to Best Buy total tech support regarding literally anything you might need addressed. Shipping changes, tech support, etc. I’m sure there are other benefits I haven’t used or am not aware of.

I always receive the best customer service at the Kennesaw store. They had a great selection of computers and telephone systems. I was blown away by the savings. I recommend shopping at this store for all your electronic needs.

You got to be a member of best buy as a techsavy guy or even just buying applicances. Best buy got you covered for anything as a member! with special discounts too! Who else does that!
