The geek squad helped me find a new computer, transfered all my data from old compter, added extra icons and short cuts, answered all of my questions. I went back for a 20 minutes Q and A and they walked me through and soved all my problems and were helpful and patient.

they would only fix certain electronics so i was bummed to not have them willing to look at an old camera i have

This is extremely valuable if you buy from best buy more than 3 or 4 times a year. I found that i was saving more money than i spent on the membership. Though thats only because I was buying things frequently. So for buyers who come here a lot this is worth it.

I am happy to have the "Totaltech" membership from Best Buy. I was able to to take the advantage when my washer was broken and it got replaced with new one.

We weren't going to sign up for Totaltech membership until the salesman explained that it would be cheaper than paying for the installation of our new microwave and the haul-away cost of the old one. Plus, we have a year's protection and service. Such a deal!

Your people are so good to work with and EZ to understand. I like to thank them a lot great job. Thank you a lot for being there for me.

Membership is great.. if you’re rich. Benefit of extended warranties on purchases are great. The likelihood of needing some sort of technical support is slim. I called once in a year & the lady sounded like she was not very tech savvy.. kind of ironic.

I have already saved money by purchasing the Totaltech membership. It saved on delivery and hook up of my new refrigerator and the hauling away of the old frig. Everyone I talk to at Best Buy are very helpful and willing to help with any question.

The first year of membership I used to retrieve data from old computers and laptops. This works great; just make an appointment and take your item in. Doesn't matter where you bought it.

Nice to have the added perks for being a member… free installation and all…. Haven’t really had to use the geek squad so unable to really review that portion.

This is the best purchase I've made in my lifetime. I've already used it numerous times and got my moneys worth and I've just had it a couple of months. They are full of technical advice and can resolve any issues in matter of minutes. Highly recommend this product.

Purchased Total Tech, this membership comes with a lot of great perks! The savings are great and i love that warranty is included on items tou buy when youre a Total Tech member! Definitey recommend if you are consistent with shopping at Best Buy

As always the Geek Squad did everything we needed. Transferred our data. installed the shield on the iphone and the otter box on the ipad. Cameron was very friendly and knowledgeable! It is so nice to know I have coverage on all my devices and all the help I need!

I go in to the sherman oaks store.the geek squad and the costumer service department are so nice they take as much time as i need to.help me .the cost of membership has saved me twice the premium i paid on just 4.months.

Great value. Very useful lately coz all my decade old home appliances are acting up and having issues. Yellow pages is no lobger useful in finding acceptable repair tech. The Geek total tech membership simplified the task of finding a very dependable repair tech. Proud of the Geek!!!
