Got this to cover laptops we are giving kids for Christmas and a Replacement TV as our old Visio was dying. The peace of mind to know that the laptops are 100% covered for accidental and other repairs is amazing.

The Geek Squad rescued me from an Apple issue and it only took them 20 minutes! I had been working on the issue for a week! So glad I purchased the Total care! I then had a technician come to my house to check out a 10 year old refrigerator to see if it was worth repairing. The technician checked the refrigerator and gave me several different options. I welcomed his opinion and he was very knowledgeable. Terrific experience all around!

Your asking yourself if the membership is worth it? If you own a business, shop at Best Buy a lot, or have expensive items, just do yourself a favor and buy it! Become a member! I’m glad I am. It allows you to get the Warrenty on any item purchased as well as Best Buy benefits! My household uses lots of electronics so I know I’m covered. I am a photographer and camera products are not cheap. I know when I make purchases my equipment is protected and leaves me stress free!

As a property manager, we replace old appliances (maybe 1-3 a year). The total tech plan covers delivery and install costs. That said, the cost of the membership is cheaper than the cost of 1 appliance delivery and install. And not only that, you will now get the total tech protection plan for anything else you buy for the year. Was able to have a cable modem install and set up by the geek squad. And if I buy a huge TV? Yup, they will deliver, install and set that up too. Winning...

Great protection if needed. I used this on a previously bought product and they stand behind their word....! Worth a broad coverage for you electronic and appliances.

They recently changed a few perks but over all if you buy or use a lot of electronics the automatic warranty is good and 2 visits in to geek squad pays for itself.

Just for geek squad alone this membership will pay for itself never mind the savings and deals that you have an opportunity to get!! Definitely recommend!

At first, did not believe the membership was worth it, but it paid for itself in the first 2 months with the price guarantee on my new PC. Almost 2 years later, the ports on my PC were damaged & would not work except to charge. Geek Squad stated the PC could not be repaired & to my surprise, the membership's extended warranty, provided full credit toward my new PC.
