Disorganized Customer Care

They canceled my appointment 5 times without reason, finally I was told that it was due to needing the proper person on staff to do the install. Fast forward to my appointment (December 2nd, when order was placed November 13), the person who arrived said they couldn't do the install... I needed an electrician. Contacted customer support, but they said to wait 24 hours before they could help me. I have wasted way too much time trying to resolve this.
