At first, did not believe the membership was worth it, but it paid for itself in the first 2 months with the price guarantee on my new PC. Almost 2 years later, the ports on my PC were damaged & would not work except to charge. Geek Squad stated the PC could not be repaired & to my surprise, the membership's extended warranty, provided full credit toward my new PC.

I love Best Buy total tech . It’s worth every penny. I have peace of mind knowing if anything happened to my MacBook or my phone, I don’t have to worry about repair costs or replacing them and can just call geek squad and take care of it. I had bought used washer and dryer from facebook marketplace and had to call for service. Even though the warranty was expired, they still helped me. The response to my call was super fast and helpful! I recommend getting it for peace of mind.

The value of this membership is outstanding. I have all of the Apple products covered by AppleCare for a small fraction of what I would've paid without the membership. Luckily, I haven't had to use it.

The peace of mind having this for an expensive piece of electronics is absolutely a necessity.

It's nice to have this as you get discounts on products as well as special deals. It's also nice that you have a longer return period for most products and get protection for new products that you buy for up to 24 months as long as you maintain your membership.

This membership deal is well worth the cost. I like the discounts for warranty protection and they are even extendable afterwards for a reasonable cost. We’ve had to use this service multiple times.

The membership is value for money. It comes with apple care + for two years. Normally apple care for two yearsis around $180, for the same price we get membership along with AppleCare+. So, its a no brainer to take the membership if you are purchasing any apple product

The tech team has really helpful information about how to help people with their problems. The geek Squad they’re just going above and beyond. Extended warranties on everything you buy - including gifts! Big value if you purchase larger items. No charge to put screen protectors on cell phones, & if it cracks they replace it at the store & put the new one on
