The Bestbuy system does not communicate with the third party installers they hire. The installers they hire are not appliance pros, they are simply delivery personnel. Also, every appliance install I had, the team did not show up during my delivery window and did not introduce themselves, nor verify my information before they started unloading and unpacking appliances. This is a concern for me as any neighbor could have accepted my delivery into their home. Somehow my dishwasher got lost in transit. When I called Bestbuy to voice my concerns, they apologized and promised to address the missing appliance order and call me back the same day to resolve my issue. It has been several days and I have not been contacted back. I will not be renewing my totaltech membership when it expires.
