I think My Best Buy Total Membership is an essential. I can get help whenever I need it, free shipping, and special deals on Mondays. If you are a regular at a Best Buy, it is a must have.

This membership is so very important. Every household needs it. If you shop with BB, there's no way you shouldn't have the membership. Renewals are a must as well. You don't realize how important this is until something goes wrong and now you have to fully replace or downgrade because you weren't protected. It's a necessary factor as long as you have any electronics in your home!! I urge everyone to purchase & maintain as neede.

I typically don't do additional protection plans however, in todays environment I decided to purchase Best Buy's Totaltech membership. It not only gave me peace of mind, it works as advertised and saved me quit a bit of time and money. Customer service goes above and beyond to truly provide a value based experience. What you get for the price is a true "no brainer". So glad I changed my mind and purchased this product, will never look back.

It is ok if you need service and it is cheaper to pay membership fee. Otherwise the level of service varies greatly. 1st time I had a very good agent but after that if you expect an agent's explanation of things - forget it. They give you 20 minute appointments and spend tbe time with other customers or walk ins. Poor attitude to those technologically challenged by some agents also discourages future purchases.

Love the benefits and protection being a member brings. I highly recommend if you buy expensive electronics

I am very satisfied with my membership at Best Buy. The first bargain was having my new computer installed with my old information from an older computer.

I have impressed with membership I purchase with Best Buy. I think the ease with which I purchase my new desk top computer, the ability to call the Geek Squad for any thing I did not understand, and the assurance that my computer was protected from malware, gave me piece-of-mind that I was in good hands. I am 80 years of age, and want to stay young with my computer.

This is very helpful with keeping my computer going.

Was unsure at first about getting a Best Buy membership but it has been worth having!

Geek Squad is fantastic! I was told how the yearly membership would save me money from the beginning and it has, over $200. But just as important is the quality of staff in that department. They are friendly and extremely knowledgeable. I have not had to wait very long even without an appointment, they did everything they said they would, and even more to make sure that my computer was set up and ready to go.
