This membership is definitely worth the price...if nothing more than peace of mind. I have broken 2 monitors lately and would not be caught without it. Also, I love that you can return purchases up to 60 days with no questions asked.

This membership value is great for those looking to save, and I would only recommend it if you're someone who uses technology pretty regularly. If you're the type of person who enjoys zero wifi with zero technology out in the woods permanently then this membership might not be best for you. I've saved a lot as a best buy total member and I've gotten some awesome promotional deals as well to help with payments.

One of the things I love most about my membership is that everything I buy is protected. From keyboards to headphones to my laptop and home theatre. I cant thank Best Buy enough for offering such a great service product!. I wont go anywhere else for my electronics needs because I know I will always be taken care of here.

Compact little speaker but I found the sound to be a bit muddy and I couldn’t find a way to adjust treble/bass. Might sound good to other wars but I like a brighter sound so I returned it.

This is a great product to have had a pc and just wanted to have a good protection plan

The peace of mind that this membership allows you as priceless. Did you know that they even help you with products that you didn't even buy from their store? They will come to your home and assist you with installations whether you bought it from them or not. They have been there for me every step of the way with every product I own, most of which came from their stores. I highly recommend this plan.

Yeah, so far, so good, you know? I like that this gives you the Apple Care for free, since this basically pays for itself. I have yet to use the Geek Squad free repairs, but I’ll be sure to update my review once I do!

I HAVEUSED THIS SERVICE FOR ABOUT 6-YEARS...A GOOD PURCHASE. fOR THE FIRST YEARS UP TO ABOUT 2022 I WOULD GIVE IT A 5-STAR RATING. SINCE THEN I HAVE OCCASIONAL AGENTS THAT FAIL TO ADDRESS THE PROBLEM AND THE REMOTE CONNECTION SESSION GETS ENDED WITHOUT ME HAVING OPPORTUNITY TO GIVE ASSESSMENT FOR THE AGENT'S SERVICE.
