It got me my ps5 and free shipping for my Xmas purchases so I’m happy. The 24/7 support is also nice hopefully won’t need to use it.

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought a TV and added Totaltech for the free delivery and extended warranty. Trenton from the Geek Squad came out and installed the TV and that was a great experience. I ordered anothet TV and when it arrived it was missing the accessories pack. I was told to call the Totaltech Team amd it has been a total waste of time andnso now I have a new TV that doesnt work and I’m told now that the soonest I can get it working is March.

This Is A Bad Move

The savings on products isn’t that great and the services are very lacking, example right now the number they gave me to call because I am now special because I paid to be in their special club so I am hold for 60 minutes. They told me if bought it yesterday they could install by tv that day . After I paid them no one was available for 3 weeks so I went and picked it and used Amazon install services. The warranty extension it fake because the manufacturer extends the warranty. After explaining this service to LG , TCL, Samsung they seem very disturbed by it . It hasn’t change any of the lag of help in the local store where to group of employees seem to be UNINTERESTED in helping customers.
