- Great support, they were willing to help me with everything (even willing to build a PC for me for free) - Definitely worth the price, even if you're only buying one Apple product with 2 years support then this is break even - I got some sale off, it might not be much but if you buy a lot of stuff then you're saving tons of money

I cannot say how much I loved my Best Buy Total Tech membership, for which I paid $179. The company miscalculated and gave too much away. They now scaled back their memberships, too much in my opinion. I would have happily absorbed a price increase in order to keep the benefits I had, they were certainly worth $299. Bring it back, Best Buy!

Haven't needed to use any part of this service so I guess my feelings are... It's fine? There's nothing to like or dislike yet.

I loved the guy who help her was very respectful and useful. He was very knowledgeable about the two computers I was being indecisive with and with the information he had provided for me showed me which one best suits me and for the type of work I am doing on the laptop . Definitely will be buying from the Best Buy and will consider and hoping to see him there for my next purchase !

My store has some solid Geek Squad techs so I was quite happy with my membership. It really came in handy and saved me money since I made several visits to solve some serious, ongoing laptop issues. It's always a gamble whether this type of "insurance" would be worth it -- in my particular case, it was for sure.

This membership used to be a much better deal. It was much better when I could actually get a tech on the phone or make an appointment here at home if I had a problem. I am older and not tech savvy so having to bring my main computer into the store is not an option. The online chat service does not work for me.

Initially I made the choice to go with plus but upgraded to a higher protection plan as I feel it is a better value and gives me piece of mind knowing my current and future purchases will be protected. You cannot purchase a protection plan for the single device for the price of best buy's plans

I could have cost so much more the geek squad are the best they retaught me so old ways and showed me new ways to save my work and showed me the cloud. and also used this membership on TV set and geek squad came and fixed the problem fast and on time
