||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I ordered a product from Best Buy on May 23rd.prior to purchase they claimed it would be delivered in early June. Of course, after purchasing the product they shifted the date to the end of June (no big deal). However, it is now August and parts of the delivery are still not delivered. My issue is not with the product being out of stock but the way Best Buy chooses to communicate and this Total Tech membership that adds zero value. Each day, I am asked to call or schedule a deliver via the online system and about 24th a after doing so, they repeatedly ask me to reschedule. I have called Total Tech around 10-20 times and each time it is a gamble if the employee knows what I’m talking about, how to schedule a delivery, etc. Best Buy was my choice as I really enjoyed their service in the past but getting calls and texts every day to continuously reschedule deliveries is pretty obnoxious. Just ship or let me pick up my product when it’s ready. I also think Best Buy should communicate better about when you’ll be getting a product rather than take your money and keep shifting the date.
