Simply put, the warranty extensions alone that this instantly gives every item you buy from best buy pays for itself. with my washer and dryer, refrigerator, 49 inch ultrawide OLED screen, along with many other items I have picked up from here, from headphones for various family members, to toys and games for my child. everything instantly gets 24 month extended protection, along with extended return policy, and special membership cost, instantly reducing many items down off the sticker prices by a small amount. Like my frequent use of amazon, this is one I will continue to use and renew.

So far membership is working well. Have only been a member for a couple of months. All associates have been very polite and have taken time to answer all my questions.

I’ve had the Best Buy total membership for years now I renew it every year. It’s great. My appliances are all covered and they come out to my house to repair. Love it.

Getting this membership has helped me get not only good deals but, also saved me money whenever my computer had software issues and I had to take it for repair service! In my opinion if you buy most of your electronics here you should get it, it I’ll save you tons of money in the end.

Geek squad is worth the money for membership knowing you can call and get help with your electronic devices

Excellent product. Good selection help at Best Buy. Bought during Labor Day discount sales period so price was right. Delivery was great. Installation fine. It worked from day one and I've had no problems with the unit. I paid but they hauled off the old refrigerator so the whole process was relatively easy and quick.

I never buy memberships of this nature but i needed to get my computer repaired and was asking questions and i was told they would repair items even if not bought at best buy. Which is amazing the techs were so nice and they did a great job i am so happy and appreciative.

It gives you more options when you purchase something from the store. I really recommend to pay this extra for the membership. Specially if something goes wrong with a product they can help you change it or fix it. Totally worth it
