Absolutely so glad I bought this. I purchased a 1000 dollar drone and had it for a few weeks then crashed it into a telephone pole and I brought it into the store and then a few days later I got a brand new one in the mail it was so easy

While the plan may seem a little pricey upfront (unless you are making a big purchase) it will save you so much money! Lower prices on so many items, free fast shipping, plus your new purchases are covered automatically and it'll even show you how much you have saved so far in the app.

This membership is super helpful with any and all tech concerns and it includes apple care with apple products if you get a good deal add this on it’s a no brainer

Came in super handy when buying a number of appliances for a new house and made installations and set up so much easier instead of having to do it all ourselves

This membership is a great way to insure your new device. I feel a sense of relief knowing I'm covered while I give my new laptop a test drive. I love the idea of having Geek Squad on call if I have any issues. The value seems reasonable too.

Tim who installed our TV shared his vast knowledge and was such a pleasure to work with for a couple of hours. So helpful. Geek Squad will help with any technical difficulties (for all appliances as I understand it) I have at any time. Totally worth it for people who don't do DIY!

I decided to try out the TotalTech membership for the great offers like in-home installation. The annual price is a little too high but worth it if you plan to use it.

Money well spent, they are always ready to help, very patient with us who don’t understand the new technology. They helped my wife set up her computer and transfer files from an old computer to a new one. They installed all the anti-virus protections.

This membership is worth every cent. The squad members are patient with my wife and I (Not a lot of techies are very patient). And we can always make an appointment and get help.

I am so glad I purchased the Totaltech membership! It paid for itself immediately because I got free delivery and installation for my new TV, free transfer of information from my old computer to my new one, and help with a couple of issues I didn't know to use.

It was worth it for me because I did enough shopping at Best buy the year that I had it to make up for the difference.

I really appreciate the Best Buy Totaltech. They helped me through some difficult issues when a scammer tried to steal info from my pc last year. AND the delivery and install is a winning feature. I certainly hope they don’t discontinue that!!

It's worth every penny I paid. I signed up for the membership about 2 months ago, and it has already paid for itself by way of the delivery and Installation fees I didn't have to pay because of this membership. Excellent customer service.

My iMac recently needed repair and I had to take it in to Best Buy. When it came time to check out the cashier told me it was covered by my total tech membership. I had completely forgotten that I had it!

They’ve helped with two different computers in a timely manner. The techs were very helpful at explaining what the issue is and how to prevent it.
