not for everyone

Great in theory, poor execution in my experience.

I tried to reach out a few times and my experience was no different than before paying $200 for better service. It helped me get my hands on a GPU and was easy to cancel and get refunded, but I just don't see the point in paying $200 to get told by someone in broken English to "bring it into the store" without even offering to troubleshoot or refund/exchange a faulty product, in my case. I genuinely hope Best Buy puts a bit more effort into the service aspect here because again, it's a great idea.

Posted .Hi, Matt! As these are such a sought after item they are ones that are processed in store for returns/exchanges. Under the Totaltech plan we can install the GPU in store to troubleshoot if the GPU itself was bad out of the box and needs to be exchanged or if it is a software issue and we can repair that on the computer end. Not so much
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The techs are nice and knowledgeable. Total tech is short on techs. We are told today since our printer has NEVER worked properly that they can come in 3 weeks to take another look, that is a week and a half before the deadline to return the equipment, so we have no choice but to return the printer now since a week and half is not long enough to see if it works. We have had this printer for nearly 1 month and it has worked for a couple of days.... partially... usually will only print, NOT scan and NOT fax, now won't do anything. We bought the printer from the actual BB store, so that we could get advice about which printer to get. The TT tech says the Cannon all in one printer is meant to work with NON apple computers. We have apple. So much for TT and BB....
