Buy this. You won’t regret it. I had best buy build my dream pc. I had to bring it back 2 times for software errors (not their fault) and they worked it for days both times free of charge. I’ve saved easily $700-1000 in build and service fees

I have to admit that I originally believed this to be a Best Buy money grab. I am quickly finding out that it's worth the outlay and quickly pays for itself. Totaltech automatically pays for two years of Applecare and/or Protection Plan on purchases. After purchasing a MacBook Pro, it was cheaper to purchase Totaltech then it was to pay for Applecare. Home installation of purchases - appliances, wifi networks, etc - are also included for free as part of a Totaltech membership.

Went in looking for help purchasing a gaming desktop and received th3 best buying experience I have had in a long time. Gabe was honest, helpful, amd always had a smile. I wouldn't of wanted another sales representative.

It saved me money on an oven to buy this, so it was a no brainer. Not sure I’ll renew though. I’m not sure I see the point of it. Kinda wish they were just kind to all customers.

This membership is a great thing to have. I’m not tech savvy, so definitely wouldn’t want to be without them. They are always helpful.

Great value for the money paid. It has saved me so much in delivery fees and product coverage plans over the years. Amazing deal if you have a lot of tech or buy appliances that need delivery.

I like the idea of it. I love the return policy addition and other benefits like that but i dont like how changes have to be made in the store and you cant just do it through your account. It reminds me of AT&T in that matter where if you want to cancel service, uou cant just return it to the store without having to sit on the phone with their corporate people trying to talk you into keeping the service. I also font use the GeekSquad for computer stuff really at all. The one thing i did use was the in-home consult for surround sound but i had to call like 3-4x before i ever got my quote and i never heard back either. Im guessing that is because what i wanted done, the guy who came to my house said the “custom group” would have to come as it wasnt something the local guys could doz

I wasn't sure if buying the membership was a good idea but I came across an appliance I needed to buy and it was $900.00 off for members. That was my answer. No only I get special discounted prices on different items but better warranty. It's definitely good to become a member+. I recommend it.

This membership is great, but only for 2 years. After 2 years, it's not valid, even though you will still be charged for it unless you cancel. I even called and spoke to a representative at Best Buy who told me that the membership would still protect my kitchen appliances without telling me that it wouldn't since this was my 3rd year. I found out the hard way.

I've had this membership on and off for years. It always proves to be worthwhile. Gavin, our sales person recommended it again after listening to our story. So glad we took this advice.

This is the best "insurance" to have -- especially if Best Buy is your "go-to" store for anything technical -- tv's, phones, etc.

It’s a good membership has 2 day free shipping 24month protection plan but I just don’t like the fact that they put you can bring any electronic no matter where bought and they fix it I went to Best Buy to see if they can fix one of my electronic but they said it had to be computer related…

I absolutely love my Best Buy Total membership. The technicians are extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They listen to my concern/problem or whatever my needs are for my computer and immediately get to work on taking care of the situation. I try to get my computer cleaned up several times a year and this makes the membership very worthwhile.

This paid for itself same day. Needed cpu components installed which are fully covered by membership cost without the membership would have been an extra 150 dollars
